Garment Inspection in Jaipur and Across India: What Pre-Shipment Checks Cover

Jaipur is one of India's key centres for garments, known for block prints, cotton, handwork and resortwear. Nexia Impex runs its own garment inspection facility in Jaipur, and our inspectors travel to factories across India to check orders before they ship.

What pre-shipment inspection covers

• Workmanship: stitching, seams, finishing and loose threads.

• Measurements against your spec sheet, size by size.

• Appearance: fabric defects, stains, creasing and shade differences.

• Labelling: main labels, care and composition labels and hang tags.

• Packing: folding, polybags, cartons and assortment.

AQL sampling or 100% inspection

Depending on the product, we inspect a statistical sample (AQL) or every piece in the order. For handwork, prints, premium fabrics and new suppliers, 100% inspection catches the problems a sample can miss.

Your report within 24 hours

After each inspection we send a concise, photo-rich report within 24 hours, showing what was checked, what was found and what was corrected, so you can release the shipment or ask the supplier to fix issues while the goods are still in India.
